  • $1000 per month net income
  • Have had the same source of income for 1 year
  • Have resided in the Greater Birmingham area for the past 5 years
  • Cannot currently be in bankruptcy
Upon approval, you need to bring in:
  • Valid Alabama drivers license
  • Social Security Card
  • Two current pay check stubs
  • Current utility bill or bank statement
  • Three personal references
